My Shiny New dA-Morgue Toe Tag

I recently joined the beautifully grotesque group dA-Morgue, and I noticed many of their members have made toe tags (Morgue, toe tags, get it?) so I decided to jump on the autopsy table and make one for myself. Now, all the tags I checked out looked similar so I don't know if there's a template, instead I just made mine from scratch and tossed in the same info.

Hopefully its morbid enough? Is it in need of some blood splatter?
